We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team immediately in Technical Procurement / Purchasing Management (m/f/d) — full-time, based in Hannover.
Your responsibilities
- Procurement of materials, machinery and services
- Price negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors
- Building and maintaining a capable supplier network
- Ongoing cost control and optimisation of purchasing prices
- Bid comparisons and renegotiations
- Monitoring delivery dates and material availability
- Supporting project and site management with technical procurement
- Verifying incoming invoices and price variances
- Developing cost-effective purchasing strategies
- Supporting calculations and claims management
Your profile
- Commercial or technical training/qualification
- Experience in purchasing, ideally in construction, trades or industry
- Negotiation skills and confident professional manner
- Organisational talent and structured working style
- Technical understanding is an advantage
- Confident dealings with suppliers and service providers
- Cost awareness and entrepreneurial thinking
- Good MS Office skills
- Independent and responsible working approach
