euro-top GmbH is a nationwide company specialising in the renovation, modernisation and maintenance of petrol stations, car washes and industrial areas. We are looking for a motivated and assertive Site Manager / Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team immediately — full-time, based in Hannover.
Your responsibilities
- Independent management and supervision of our construction sites
- Organisation and coordination of assembly workers, subcontractors and suppliers
- Schedule, quality and cost control
- Site visits and on-site technical coordination
- Communication with clients, authorities, TÜV, Dekra and project stakeholders
- Monitoring occupational safety and site organisation
- Documentation of construction processes and project progress
- Measurement, claims management and final inspections
- Ensuring compliance with technical and legal requirements
Your profile
- Technical or trade qualification, ideally with master craftsman, technician or equivalent further qualification
- Experience in site management or project coordination
- Organisational skills and assertiveness
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel within Germany
- Confident dealings with clients and project partners
- Technical understanding and commercial thinking
- Driving licence class B required
